Interested in Joining?

Anyone interested in joining the Chesapeake CERT should complete this application and mail it to the address shown on the form. All prospective members must complete a criminal history background check that may include fingerprinting and a Department of Motor Vehicles driving history. All costs associated with these reports will be paid by the Chesapeake CERT.
